The dessert part is even more of a surprise, the big pearl dessert is wrapped with 🍊citrus-flavored Italian milk jelly and sorbet of the same flavor, with jelly and citrus pulp at the bottom, it is so delicious!
The dessert is even more refreshing, it&#39;s the first time I&#39;ve seen a pear dessert with fennel, with caramel cream and crispy biscuits inside, it tastes wonderful and wonderful~

This shop is just opposite ion Orchard Road, very easy to find, and you can get there directly by subway. When you are here, you must try the puffer fish, which I rarely eat. I ordered a set meal, which was very delicious and the puffer fish was very fresh.

Old Shanghai scallion oil pasta, I have eaten scallion oil noodles, pasta, but I have never eaten scallion oil pasta. 连续多年上榜米其林，做的菜的确也是可圈可点，特色甜品我是在别的地方没吃到过的，新加坡点心改良，海鲜有点远意大利的做法哦。

中午略显冷清但一入夜就热闹起来的Alma餐厅，坐落在有百年历史的建筑内，环境虽然略显陈旧，但食物品质稳定且有创意。3道菜式午餐$39性价比超高。前菜和主菜都有3-4个选择。前菜中推荐图5的菌菇鹅肝酱脆皮豆腐，主菜中图7和泰国风味的海鲈鱼和图8的龙虾天使意面都很不错。椰子、凤梨、薄荷和朗姆酒做的甜品是Alma的招牌。服务生和厨师都很热情，还带我们参观了酒窖和后厨，用餐时也亲自送餐到桌前介绍菜品。还有会说中文的服务生。

The Alma restaurant, which is slightly deserted at noon but lively at night, is located in a century-old building. Although the environment is slightly old, the food quality is stable and creative. The 3-course lunch is $39 cost-effective. There are 3-4 choices for front and main dishes. The mushroom goose liver sauce crispy tofu in Figure 5 is recommended in the fore dish, the main dish in Figure 7 and Thai-flavored sea bass and lobster angel pasta in Figure 8 are very good. The desserts made with coconut, pineapple, mint and rum are Alma&#39;s signature. The waiters and chefs were very enthusiastic, and they also took us to the wine cellar and the back kitchen, and personally delivered the meal to the table to introduce the dishes. There are also Chinese-speaking waiters.

The restaurant found on Trip.com has a good environment and good food. Every dish is matched with different wine. Suitable for dating places. The two of us ate a six-course set meal of 148+ SGD. We chose a set meal of 58+ with a total of four cups. We will come again next time.

The rich and harmonious flavor of goat cheese, the salty Ming prince sauce, the sweet pepper sauce, has to feel the rich and harmonious flavor. Faphna sea salt brownie (salty is heavy and intriguing) crispy slices (I don&#39;t know what seasoning is anyway super delicious) ᴏᴜᴊ ᴄ ᴀ ᴛᴇᴀ ᴀᴍ sᴜ espresso cake layer and tea cream layer, separated by soft fruit chocolate layer, Bitter and sweet have a perfect transition and balance, tea and coffee flavors do not crush each other, try the first bite, satisfied.
